How much do I owe up front?
We require a 25% deposit per person. We also provide payment plans that allow you to spread out your payments from the time you book up until your trip.
Do you have payment plans?
Yes. We provide our customers the opportunity to spread out their payments from the time they book up until their trip. We have flexible schedules so you can decide if you want to pay weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
What kinds of trips are offered?
Bonvoy provides a wide variety of adventure options ranging from week long getaways or quick weekend trips. Our adventures can include rock climbing, hiking, camping, rafting , mt. biking, as well as many others. Look through the website at the many travel adventures that are waiting for you. You may also contact Bonvoy via the Contact Us link above if you don’t see a trip on the website that you would like to take. If enough interest is garnered, Bonvoy will cater a trip exactly for you and/or your group.
How do I know what each trip is like?
You can find out all the details of a trip through the Trip Finder link. Read a synopsis of each trip and get an idea of what gear is needed. Each trip description includes information about when, where, and how the trip will be organized. And most importantly, what to expect!
Who goes on Bonvoy Adventures trips?
Anyone who wants to get away from it all and experience the adventure of a lifetime is perfect for a Bonvoy trip. We encourage travelers of any experience level to join us.
What is your maximum group size?
You shouldn’t get lost in the crowd and feel like you’re not getting proper one on one help and instruction. So, we try to limit our trips to 10 people or less. Our goal is to give you the most personal experience possible. If you would just like to get away by yourself or with your family or other small group, private bookings are available.
What if I’m traveling alone?
Don’t worry if you’re traveling alone. You won’t be the only one on a trip and there will always be interesting people to meet during our adventures.
Do you take children on your trips?
Some of our trips are able to accommodate children with the supervision of his/her legal guardian. Before booking a trip please contact Bonvoy to make sure that any children you may want to bring can handle the physical and emotional requirements of the trip.
Do you offer private trips for small groups?
Yes. We offer private bookings for all of our adventures, no matter how small your group is. Whether you want a family or adventurous couples getaway, or even a group of friends who want to get together, Bonvoy has THE trip for you.
Who are your guides?
Bonvoy works with expert guides all across the U.S. The guides are experts in their sport(s) and share a love of adventure and the outdoors as much as we do. They will share their experiences with you – good and bad – and will make you feel as comfortable as possible on your trip. It’s simple: our guides do what they do because they love adventure, love the outdoors and want to share it with you.
What is the closest airport?
Each trip itinerary file includes the closest airport. The airport listed is the only airport we provide pickup from.
What do I need to bring?
We provide all the food, beverage, tents, cots, sleeping bags, pillows, and gear related to the activities. All customers need to bring are clothing, toiletries, snacks, sunscreen, bugspray and items of a personal nature.
What is the weather like?
We plan and organize trips to maximize mild temperatures and weather. We can’t guarantee any sort of weather but we try to schedule trips to maximize the nicest season for that area.
What clothing should I wear?
Recommended clothing is listed on the registration form on our website. We recommend packing for a wide variety of weather. You never know when a cold front or storm may roll in. It’s always better to be prepared.
What time should I plan my flight arrival?
The first day of a trip is considered a travel day so no activities are planned. We recommend trying to arrive between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm but we will be more than happy to accommodate most arrival times. We understand that not all flights coming in will arrive between those times.
Are there other airports I can fly into?
Bonvoy only provides airport transportation from the airport listed on the itinerary. We do not assist with airline bookings to other airports and can only help with arranging pickups and meetings from our designated airports.
Do you know of car rentals at other airports?
Unfortunately we do not have information regarding rental car locations or prices. Rental cars are the responsibility of the traveler.
Can you accommodate vegetarian meals?
Yes. We can accommodate all special dietary needs. Just make sure to include those on your registration form when filling it out.

What time will you pick us up from the airport?
We will run multiple shuttles throughout the day to try to accommodate every flight time while minimizing wait times. Wait times can also depend on the distance from the airport to the campground. The best times to arrive are between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm
